Registration for the conference is necessary to receive the hotel discounted rate of $239 plus a service fee and tax. To make your hotel reservations, please refer to your registration confirmation email. If you do not have your confirmation, please request yours by emailing executiveprograms@cxo.com or by calling our conference hotline at 800-355-0246, Monday through Friday 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM ET.
Be sure to guarantee your room with a credit card, as all unreserved or unguaranteed rooms will be released on June 8, 2007. After June 8, 2007, hotel reservations will be confirmed on a space available basis. Hotel reservations, cancellations and changes are responsibility of the attendee.
Hotel Cancellation Policy:
A charge equal to one night (room & tax) will be applied to your credit card if cancellation and/or changes are not received 7 days prior to the scheduled arrival date. For any changes (date, cancellation, name, etc.) please contact the New York Marriott at the Brooklyn Bridge directly.
