CSO NEXT Awards 2009

Since our launch CSO has recognized the security field's most outstanding leaders with our CSO Compass Awards. The nomination form for those awards is at http://public.cxo.com/awards/applicationCSOCompass2009.html.

In 2008, we introduced the NEXT Awards for the next generation of security leaders. These awards will recognize newer security professionals who have distinguished themselves through excellence or leadership in a narrower field of endeavor. Examples could include: direction of a particular project or system implementation; demonstrable results in an area of focus such as investigations; conceiving and executing a creative new idea that delivers great business and security benefits.

Eligible nominees will work for a company outside of the security industry.
