EXECUTIVE WOMEN'S FORUM "WOMEN of INFLUENCE" AWARDS NOMINATION FORM Submit by August 1st, 2008

The Executive Women's Forum "Women of Influence" Awards will recognize women in four categories:

Public Sector or Academia
Private Solutions Provider
Corporate Practitioner
One to Watch

Judges will select the winners based upon a six point set of criteria including:

A positive influence on the professional community.
The application of creativity or innovation in solving problems or overcoming challenges.
A demonstrated commitment to the highest ethical standards.
A history of designing and implementing effective solutions.
Sustained record of accomplishments in and contributions to the field.
Service as mentor or trusted advisor to colleagues, students and others.

Award finalists will be selected by a panel of judges from nominations submitted by the nominee's peers. Nominations are now open. Finalists will be announced in late July and winners will be announced during a ceremony at the 6th Annual Executive Women's Forum, September 16 - 18.
